"Art. 58.
Rozwiązanie spółki powodują:
1) przyczyny przewidziane w umowie spółki;
2) jednomyślna uchwała wszystkich wspólników;
3) ogłoszenie upadłości spółki;
4) śmierć wspólnika lub ogłoszenie jego upadłości;
5) wypowiedzenie umowy spółki przez wspólnika lub wierzyciela wspólnika;
6) prawomocne orzeczenie sądu."
