translating from Polish into English and I am grappling with the
following terms:
* okno jednorzedowe
* okno dwurzedowe
* okno jednodzielne
* okno dwudzielne
* skrzydlo uchylne
* skrzydlo rozwierane
* skrzydlo uchylno-rozwierane
Your help will be appreciated indeed, as the Polish-English Dict.
of Science and Technology is rather reticent about them.

The problem is, that window types are different in US/UK and in Poland. That's why your dictionary is so unhelpful. In English I found the following types of windows:
CASEMENT WINDOWS
SLIDING WINDOWS
AWNING WINDOWS
TILT & TURN WINDOWS
PICTURE WINDOWS
These are totally different than Polish system of window classification. I suggest the following equivalents:
OKNO JEDNORZĘDOWE = SINGLE ROW WINDOW
OKNO DWURZĘDOWE = DOUBLE ROW WINDOW
OKNO JEDNODZIELNE = SINGLE SASH WINDOW
OKNO DWUDZIELNE = DOUBLE SASH WINDOW
SKRZYDŁO ROZWIERNE = CASEMENT SASH
casement = a window frame that is hinged on one side
SKRZYDŁO UCHYLNE = AWNING SASH
SKRZYDŁO UCHYLNO-ROZWIERNE = TILT & TURN SASH
