I graduated from the University of Warsaw.

I have experience managing online translation communities and working on quality assurance as a Polish Language Coordinator at the Open Translation Project (OTP) for TED.com where I assist volunteers, write translation guides for the OTP wiki page and do final approvals of TED talk translations before publication. I have also localized parts of TED.com website on Smartling (website localization platform) and conducted a training sessions on audiovisual translation as part of workshops for translators.

Moreover I have participated in a translation agency's recruitment project as a Lighthouse, a final level proofreader.

Recently I was part of a journalistic startup as a project facilitator. I set goals and developed a business strategy. I created style guidelines for journalists and managed workflow of a small team of writers and trainers. I also created newsletters and proofread offers and workshop exercises for a business coaching company in both English and Polish.
