Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę analizatora genomu, który jest urządzeniem opartym o technikę tzw. masywnie równoległego sekwencjonowania. W technice tej urządzenie wykorzystywane jest do optycznego śledzenia hybrydyzacji kolejnych nukleotydów w przyrastających krótkich cząsteczkach DNA. Na podstawie sygnału hybrydyzacji nukleotydów odczytywana jest sekwencja tych cząsteczek, a za pomocą analizy komputerowej odbywa się dopasowanie i złożenie nakładających się na siebie sekwencji w pełny odczyt genomu. Urządzenie służyć będzie do masywnie równoległego sekwencjonowania całych genomów lub wybranych bibliotek genomowych.

1. Sekwencjonowanie genomu człowieka z minimum 25-krotną redundacją i 99.9% pokryciem referencyjnej sekwencji NCBI.

Tłumaczenie pisemne - angielski The object of the order includes the delivery of a genome analyzer, which bases on the so-called massively parallel sequencing technique. The device is used to optically track hybridization of subsequent nucleotides in the growing short DNA molecules. A sequence of these molecules is read on the basis of nucleotides hybridization signal, and computer analysis is used to match and assemble the overlapping sequences in a complete genome read-out. The device will be used to massively parallel sequencing of complete genomes or chosen genomic libraries.
