He has shown a power of attorney granted by virtue of a resolution of the Board of Directors and formalized before the Notary Public BBB.
He represents that he has full powers to enter into this Agreement and that this is within the scope of the business of the Company.

8. Prohibitions
The Company shall not decompile or reverse engineer the Software. It will make any reasonable commercial effort to avoid any Trojan horse. It will not distribute any copy or reproduction of the Software, in accordance with Section 67 of Copyright Act.
9. Severability.
Each provision of this Agreement or part thereof shall be severable.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising hereof shall be subject to the Courts of Barcelona. (...) The Parties will fulfil the court’s decision or, as the case may be, the arbitrator’s decision.

8. Zakazy
Spółka nie będzie dekompilować ani stosować metod inżynierii wstecznej w odniesieniu do Oprogramowania. Dołoży ona wszelkich uzasadnionych ekonomicznie starań w celu uniknięcia Konia Trojańskiego. Nie będzie dystrybuować, kopiować ani odtwarzać Oprogramowania, zgodnie z postanowieniami Ustawy o prawie autorskim.
9. Klauzula salwatoryjna.
Wszystkie przepisy niniejszej Umowy bądź ich części są rozdzielne.
10. Prawo właściwe i jurysdykcja
Niniejsza Umowa podlegać prawu hiszpańskiemu i będzie zgodnie z nim interpretowana, bez uwzględnienia ani norm kolizyjnych. Wszelkie spory wynikające z niniejszej umowy podlegają jurysdykcji Sądów w Barcelonie. (...) Strony wypełnią decyzję sądu lub, w zależności od przypadku, decyzję arbitra.
