In 2009 I left my home country Greece and moved to London. I had just finished my studies. The reason I left Greece was not the financial crisis. Rather, I was an ambitious young man that wanted to start his career in investment banking and make lots of money. However, I didn’t have any work experience and I knew my goal wouldn’t be that easy, especially at the onset of a global financial crisis.
