I am Bilingual Translation graduate and DPSI holder with over 17-year experience in consecutive and ad hoc interpreting in legal and medical settings in the UK. I also translate general medical texts and legal texts related to criminal, family or immigration law. I am reliable, punctual, computer-literate with strong organisational skills.
I have been working as freelance interpreter and translator since 2003 and 2010 respectively and my areas of expertise focus on criminal and family law including interpreting in magistrates' and crown courts as well as police stations. Although legal assignments are my favourite, I frequently attend bookings for London North West Healthcare NHS Trust and West London Mental Health Trust.
Translation aspect of my experience includes various projects for HMRC, Local Authorities in the England and Wales, especially social workers reports, assessments and care plans. In the area of criminal law, it is the translation of witness statements and police interviews.
