Whereas, ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF XXX, INC. INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS HAVE BEEN FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE AS PROVIDED BY THE BUSINESS CORPORATION ACT OF ILLINOIS, IN FORCE JULY 1, A.D. 1984.
Now Therefore, I, Jesse White, Secretary of State of the State of Illinois, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby issue this cerificate and attach hereto a copy of the Application of the aforesaid corporation.

Sprzedający nie jest producentem wspomnianego towaru, stąd nie udziela na niego gwarancji czy rękojmi. Sprzedający nie uznaje zwrotów, wymian czy zwrotów pieniędzy. Warunkami obowiązującymi jest oznaczony port załadunku (franco statek). Towar pozostaje własnością sprzedającego dopóki kupujący nie spełni uzgodnionych warunków zakupu. Niniejsze zamówienie nie podlega anulowaniu przed sfinalizowaniem, chyba że sprzedający wyrazi na to zgodę. W przypadku anulowania stosuje się 15-procentową opłatę maniupulacyjną. Wszelkie spory mogące wyniknąć pomiędzy sprzedającym a kupującym będę rozstrzygane przez sąd właściwy dla siedziby sprzedającego w Hrabstwie Dade, Floryda, Stany Zjednoczone Ameryki.
