I am a musician working a lot as a translator/interpreter. Since 1993 I have worked on various interesting translation projects ranging from soil science and music to medicine.
I have a degree in music and cultural anthropology which means I have an 'open mind'. I have always wanted to study medicine but somehow it never worked... music was stronger.
I cooperate with the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland (where I translate papers, conference materials etc.), advertising agency Expo Graphic (where I translate mainly medical texts, but also marketing correspondence etc.) and various musical ensembles (for whom I write and translate texts about the programmes, song lyrics etc.).
I currently live in Berlin, Germany.As some would say: at the moment I am working on an anthropological book for the Jagiellonian University Press.
