A translation service has posted a 75 per cent hike in first-quarter revenues and has announced it is to open an office in Germany. The Translation People’s move into Bonn follows the launch of a base in Paris last year.Managing director Steve Wilde said the firm’s strong start to the year has put it on track to achieve turnover of more than £3m this year. The company, which moved its headquarters from Didsbury to Cheadle Hulme last summer and has other offices in Birmingham, Glasgow and at Heathrow, is targeting the US for further expansion after winning two major contracts there. It now has clients in 32 countries.
