How do you translate a text when not specialized in the area? Not everyone starts as a specialized translator. There are some tips and tools you can use to become a specialized translator, still delivering good translations in the meantime.

In this session, we will see how t get the most out of a basic translator's knowledge to become a specialized one.

Post-Graduate translator from Paris 7 university (Jussieu) with 19 years of professional experience in various industries (mostly medical & insurance). Specialized in medical, business/marketing, insurance.

University teacher in specialized translation (Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona) and previous University English teacher in France and French teacher in the US (private lessons).
