I also specialized in organizational design, operation services, business process management and project management in countries like Brazil, France, England and the United States over the past fifteen years.
Besides being a translator and lecturer, I'm a teacher in Brazilian institutions as FIA-USP, FIAP and Trevisan. Additionally, I co-authored the book ‘Project Pain Reliever: A Just-In-Time Handbook for Anyone Managing Projects’, published in 2012 in the USA.
