"Eine Rolle gespielt hat auch die Bezeichnung des Verfahrens „Beurteilen“, so haben zahlreiche Unternehmen erfahren und Mitarbeiter schon selbst gespürt, hängt mit „Urteilen“ zusammen und bedeutet im Grunde genommen, dass hier der Vorgesetzte ein „Urteil“ über seine Mitarbeiter abgibt."
Chodzi o to, aby oddaæ powi¹zanie tego s³owa z "Urteil", ale jednoczeœnie, aby pasowa³o to do "Beurteilungssystem", "Beurteilung der
Mitarbeiter". "Wyrokowanie" nie pasuje do tych z³o¿eñ. T³umaczê "ocena/ocenianie", a w powy¿szym fragmencie:"...prze³o¿ony wydaje ocenê, wyrok odnoœnie pracowinków". Mo¿e daæ spokój z tym "wyrokiem" i "wyrokowaniem", bo sama "ocena" te¿ ma juz taki trochê ostry wydŸwiêk, choæ z pewnoœci¹ nie tak ostry jak "wyrok". Jakieœ propo?
