-summary offences- te najlzejsze, rozpatrywane w trybie doraznym albo przyspieszonym
-either way offences
- indictable offences

This means that the case can be tried either in the magistrates\' court or in the Crown Court. The choice depends on the outcome of a procedure known as mode of trial sometimes called \'choice of venue\' or \'determining venue\'.
