Testing Procedure
1. Activate the contacts by manipulating the reset arm, Item 10 in the drawing above.
2. Check the terminals in the control cabinet with an Ohmmeter, continuity tester or similar device to verify correct contact configuration and action.
Gas Accumulation Relay or Buchholz Relay
The transformer may be equipped with a Buchholz relay that performs this function. If so, follow the instructions under the Buchholz Relay Testing section below.
The Gas Accumulation Relay can withstand vacuum, but the valve to the relay should be closed during oil filling. After filling is complete, install a drain bucket under the sample valve then open the main valve and sample valve and observe the gauge drop to 0cc. Let enough oil drain from the sample valve to ensure that no air remains in the relay or tubing. If the gauge does not start to drop after a 10-15 seconds, check the tubing between the main valve and the relay.
Gas Accumulation Relay Testing Procedure
1. Inject air into the sample valve with a hand pump.
2. Observe the gauge rise to 150cc or higher.
3. Measure the contacts in the control cabinet with an Ohmmeter, continuity tester or similar device to verify that they are closed and the alarm is present.
4. Remove the pump, drain the sample tubing until the gauge falls back to 0cc and oil comes out of the sample valve.
5. Verify that the contacts in the control cabinet have opened and the alarm has cleared.

Tekst źródłowy - angielski Typically, Ebola virus infection runs its course within 14 to 21 days. Infection initially presents with nonspecific flu-like symptoms such as fever, myalgia, and malaise. As the infection progresses, patients exhibit severe bleeding and coagulation abnormalities, including gastrointestinal bleeding, rash, and a range of hematological irregularities, such as lymphopenia and neutrophilia. Cytokines are released when reticuloendothelial cells encounter virus, which can contribute to exaggerated inflammatory responses that are not protective. Damage to the liver, combined with massive viremia, leads to disseminated intravascular coagulopathy. The virus eventually infects microvascular endothelial cells and compromises vascular integrity. The terminal stages of Ebola virus infection usually include diffuse bleeding, and hypotensive shock accounts for many Ebola virus fatalities.
Ebola virus and the related Marburg virus are members of the Filovirus family, which are pleomorphic, negative-sense RNA viruses whose genome organization is most similar to the Paramyxoviridae. Of the four identified strains of Ebola virus, three—the Zaire, Ivory Coast, and Sudan strains—have been shown to cause disease in both humans and nonhuman primates, with the Zaire strain exhibiting the highest lethality rate. The only documented outbreaks of Ebola virus infection in the United States were fortunately restricted to nonhuman primates at holding facilities in Virginia and Texas, caused by the Reston strain, which has not yet caused fatal disease in humans.

The recovery in the global economy since the global financial crisis has been disappointing in its magnitude and resilience. To sustain even this lackluster recovery has required extraordinary stimulus by major central banks in the forms of record low interest rates and unprecedented asset purchase programs.
An increasingly broad acceptance has subsequently emerged that, following the significant build-up in debt which drove the global economic expansion over the past three decades, a ‘new normal’ of lower growth is likely to remain entrenched over coming years.
At the same time, excess capacity in the form of high unemployment across much of the developed world continues to cap inflation. The continued globalization of labor should limit wages growth and along with global deleveraging, work to hold inflation at a lower level over coming years. This should ensure that central banks in most developed economies will retain interest rates at lower levels for longer than in the past.
