Dear team,
I am translating a chapter of a book from French to Catalan and I have some doubts since this is not my expertise. Lines in the novel are numbered every 5 lines. Do I have to maintain these numbers in the translation? Besides, the author adds some foodnotes about some aspects of the French language, which in the translation is non sense. I am translating a chapter of a book from French to Catalan and I have some doubts since this is not my expertise. Lines in the novel are numbered every 5 lines. Do I have to maintain these numbers in the translation? Besides, the author adds some foodnotes about some aspects of the French language, which in the translation is non sense. So, do I have to add also the footnotes? My last doubt and question is regarding the number of the pages. The original book is small and I am translating it in a word document. So, if I follow the number of the pages from the original I have some blank space in the word page. Do I have to mantain the number of the pages?
