1. Open the PowerPoint document 2. Check it for untranslatable text (this cannot be counted) 3. Open a blank Word document 4. Open the Wordfast settings box 5. Click the Tools tab, followed by the Translate button 6. Close the resulting Translate statistics document 7. Save the "translated" document 8. Press Alt+Delete, click the Yes button (1st dialog) and then the No button (2nd dialog) 9. Press Ctrl+H and then click the More button on the bottom... See more

Click the No Formatting button at the bottom middle of the dialog 11. Check the Use Wildcards option towards the bottom left of the dialog 12. In the Find What box, type \{Wf*\} 13. Leave the Replace With box blank 14. Click the Replace All button 15. Save the document and then perform an Analysis
