WFPRO 2.4.0.1 : Converting problem with PDF

When I try to open a PDF file I get the following error message: THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHILE CONVERTING PDF DOCUMENT TO WORD FILE
It is strange because this wordfast version support the pdf format.
Somebody can tell me if this depending from wordfast settings or from pdf-file settings?

An old story indeed, the subject pops up every now and then.
