Wf Anywhere problem with uploading document

Hello,
I have worked with Wfa but have not had this problem before.
I received 2 word documents to translate, uploaded the 1st as usual but when trying to upload the 2nd, the following error message appears:
filter: Word filter, error writing TXML file Tracking changes detected in document. Please accept all tracking changes before loading.
I tired and even turned off the toolbar, still my document doesn't get uploaded.

Hello,
I have worked with Wfa but have not had this problem before.

The two documents have the same topic, both are manuals, so I wanted to use the same TM for them. I hope it's not hopeless.
What exactly shall I have to do?

Thanks for offering help.
Finally, I copied the text of the document and pasted it into a new one; and this finally made all changes disappear. I have just uploaded it, so this method works.
