Wordfast Pro.

The Find and Replace function works only once.

After using the Replace function once (although it can make hundreds of replacements but only looking for the same thing), the program will be able to make new Finds, but to use that Find and Replace again the only solution is to save, close, and reopen the file again.

No Replace at all Jun 22, 2014

In Wf 3.4, when I click on Find/Replace, only the Find box is active. I have saved the file, closed the file, closed Wf altogether and booted it up again - no good. Please help - I have replacements to make that will be unbelievably laborious to do manually!

Hi Victoria,

By default, "Source" is chosen in this window, you need to tick "Target".

...but earlier on today I performed a search in English (target) simply by double-clicking in the target column. Anyway, I will now know to check. Thanks!
