Meantime, it may be common knowledge from several discussions that the graphics driver may capture the above Wf shortcuts for tilting the display. This can be overcome by right-clicking the desktop and changing the settings.

Now that tilting function was still disabled but so were the shortcut functions for processing placeables in Wf. Only the corresponding symbols in the toolbar worked. Fortunately, I had created a restore point. After restoring, everything was ok.
