Actually, according to the definition of the word in a dictionary it means someone who\'s \'stupid\', not \'loser\' (looser?), but I\'ve heard it used countless times in the meaning of a \'crazy bugger\'; Sometimes what the dictionary tells you isn\'t exactly how people use it.
