2.Termination of the Agreement has to be made in written and should include a substantiation or shall be deemed invalid.3. In case either party terminates the Agreement, the Contractor is obligated to:
a) Within 7 days from the termination, the Contractor together with the Ordering Party shall prepare a detailed protocol of works-in-progress inventory as at the day of termination,

b) The Contractor shall secure interrupted construction works in the scope agreed by the Parties, on the cost of the Party to whom the termination is attributable.
c) ...
d) If the termination is attributable to the Contractor the ordering Party is entitled to claim a compensation penalty up to maximum 10%
e) The Contractor shall declare for acceptance interrupted works and securing works, and the Ordering Party shall accept them as stipulated herein.
f) Within 14 days the Contractor shall remove from the Jobsite back-office facilities delivered or erected by him.
