All NAVFACENGCOM project drawings are prepared according to DOD-STD-100. The policy and PROCEDURES for PREPARING and developing these DRAWINGS are outlined in the military hand- book MIL-HDBK-1006/1. Project drawings must be complete, accurate, and explicit since they (together with the design specifications) form the basic ingredients used in contracts for the construction of naval facilities.
