: Myślałem o "tap", ale zrezygnowałem z tago sformułowania, gdyż może się mylić z odczepami.

Została wybudowana podstacja i musi zostać jakoś podłączona do sieci, czy to przez odczep, czy wcinkę do tych existing lines które [już istniały przed budową i] przechodzą obok podstacji.
