Partnerzy Konsorcjum udzielają Liderowi pełnomocnictwa do reprezentowania jego interesów w ramach konsorcjum i reprezentowania Konsorcjum wobec Zamawiającego.


Neither the scope of the membership nor the legal form of the Consortium shall be changed throughout the entire period of the implementation of the Contract, without prior consent of the Employer.
