Jak rozumieć ten wyraz w poniższym zdaniu?
"Agree overall reporting / instruction procedures. Arrange all formal progress meetings required for the company, including chairmanship, attendees, preparation of minutes, format, content, frequency and preparation of reports, distribution lists, etc required for the project"
Szukam po różnych źródłach i nie chce mi wyjść inaczej, jak to, że "attendee" to uczestnik, ale uczestnik mi tu nijak nie pasuje. W ogóle mam wrażenie, że w tym zdaniu jest jakiś błąd.

Myślę, że to musi być to - może nie dokońca gramatycznie ale jest dość logiczne, żetrzeba uzgodnić nie tylko kto ma prowadzić obrady, itp. ale także kto w nich ma uczestniczyć.
