distribute the Aircraft - wydanie Samolotu - kontekst dużo zmienia. Może też być dystrybucja - zależy od całej umowy (jaki jest zadanie X z umowy). Ale w tym pierwszym zdaniu zdecydowanie chodzi o finanse (proceeds, distributions, funds, account) - więc płatności, tak się stosuje w umowach

| Jak się ma w takim razie "distribute", które pojawia się w innych zdaniach, jak np.: "this Agreement is designed to create a trust in order that the X may hold the Aircraft until such time as Y directs X to distribute the Aircraft in accordance with the Y's written instructions". Czy tutaj słowo to należy tłumaczyć inaczej? |
