DRYER HOUSING
The lamp cassettes are mounted onto a structural housing attached to the press.
An optional slide mechanism allows the dryer to be manually rolled out from under the vacuum transfer section for maintenance. When the dryer is in the operating position, a locking device prevents the dryer from moving. Before the dryer can be rolled out, the lock must be released, so that the dryer can then be rolled out manually.

Transport
The transport of sheets within the machine is attained by a series of vacuum transport components.Smaller transport units move the sheets betweem print sectons witha larger transport section to move sheets between the print area and rotary die cut section.All vacuum transport sections have reinforced timing belts with high coefficient of friction surfaces to maintain contact at high speed with precise register control.
Both caliper and vacuum are adjustable to maintina maximum sheet control.The entire vacuum transport system is caliper controlled to achieve the true boardline of the machine which is essential to maintainthe higher registration standards of the GraFlex system.
The wide vacuum transfer section allows the sheet to completely exit the printing section before entering the die cutting module.The transfer section also allows ample space to install most forms of dryers as a part of the original specification or to add at a later date.
