Dałbym bardziej dosłownie, że oddać to, że chodzi o zabezpieczenie majątkowe (w przeciwieństwie do finansowego).

: Moim zdaniem nie wystarczy, właśnie patrząc na definicję: "Property or other assets..." - "other assets" to mogą być aktywa niemajątkowe, na przykład gwarancje.
