I left my cash register twice and walked to the back of the store to try to disengage and diffuse the incident. The customer, however, seemed intent on causing trouble. The man yelled, “He doesn’t know who I am or what I do and if we take this outside I will kill him.”

PUBLICANS are pulling together to rid themselves of trouble-makers.
Customers causing trouble or starting fights will find themselves banned from every pub in Northwich
\"We hope it stops trouble from happening in the first place.\"

więc ewentualnie jeszcze może być:
customer starting a fight
zwłaszcza w odniesieniu do klientów w miejscach publicznych
(w krawatach czy bez ;))

obnoxious customer
Contact with an obnoxious customer should begin at the first sign of trouble. Bartenders, cocktail waitresses, club managers, door hosts, and even bouncers should issue early, friendly warnings.
To jadna z wielu możliwych propozycji.
