Good morning (or evening, depending on where you are)
Just installed CafeTran. I like it. Looks well powered with actually useful functions. Yet I need to study all the options.

Well, I immediately started a test translation, based on a Word document, a new TM and my all time tool: Dragon Speaking (15).
Out of the box 2 facts:
1. Dragon's contextual correction menu does not work
2. If I dictate several times a word (instalación (Spanish)), it writes it down in a way I 've never seen before! Literally copied: Instalaci¾n instalaci♥n instalación instalación instalacin
That's weird!
Where do these (asci?) characters come from?
Can I achieve a fully working setting CafeTran+Dragon?
Indeed, I uninstalled Dragon many months ago and now exclusively use https://talonvoice.com/ (in memoQ, but also works in CafeTran).
I got sick of Dragon's many bugs and issues and haven't looked back. I now have dictation and voice commands in English and can also dictate in Dutch if I want.
I don't have Dragon Speaking, so I can't speak about that (and I see other replies could not confirm whether Dragon is working well in CafeTran), but for number 1, the contextual menu in the target segment editor is special to CafeTran. If you are calling the Dragon contextual menu in this box, it will probably not work.
