Przybicie kończy licytację, natomiast dopiero po spełnieniu określonych warunków przez osobę, na rzecz której nastąpiło przybicie, następuje przysądzenie własności. Rozumem, że w tym wypadku wierzysz mi "w ciemno"; to trochę ryzykowne ;) Dzięki !

Nie miałam czasu wczoraj szukać, ale ta instytucja nie musi działać w systemie anglosaskim. Natomiast wszystkie słowniki - internetowe i papierowe - wskazują na 'adjudication' z ew, dodaniem 'to the highest bidder'. Pamiętajmy, że tego przybicia dokonuje sędzia, ale w zależności od kontekstu, jeśli jest jasne, o co chodzi, to również Twoja propozycja jest prawdiłowa, IMHO.
